古晋博爱协会定于2018/09/30（星期日）上午8时至中午12时，假南市民众会堂举办安宁疗养院建筑基金筹款义卖会，因此诚邀您或贵公司/公会，捐款/捐助物品或协助设立摊位售卖物品、出售义卖券等等。
本会获得砂拉越政府批准一亩地，坐落在石角路德沙威拉洛6587的地段以建立博爱安宁疗养院。博爱安宁疗养院的设立是为了照顾末期病人，疼痛与不舒服症状处理，让他们在人生最后旅途有医务人员、宗教师、辅导员、义工、志工及家人陪伴下获得妥善及有尊严的情况下走完人生路。
博爱安宁疗养院整个建筑、医疗设备、辅助器具、软硬体和即将运行成本等，估计需要马币一千万，而我们已经筹到马币六百万，仍不足马币四百万。
我们已于去年12月28日首次将有关绘测图及所有文件呈交卫生部，部分未能符合卫生部的规定，经过绘测师的修改，预计5月份会再次呈交卫生部。
本会衷心感激您多年来的捐助。同时，也希望在本届的义卖会可继续得到您的支持，如捐款、物品、售卖义卖券及设立摊位等。

SPONSORING AND SETTING UP OF STALL FOR CHARITY SALES ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 AT DEWAN MASYARAKAT KUCHING SELATAN
The Kuching Life Care Society is appealing for the kind contribution and support from your esteem company/ Association for its Charity Sales on September 30, 2018 to be held at Dewan Masyarakat Kuching Selatan from 8.00am to 12.00noon.
KLCS had been granted a piece of land by the Government of Sarawak situated at Lot 6587, Lorong 15 Desa Wira, Jalan Batu Kawa, Kuching for the building of Hospice and Palliative Care.
The Hospice and Palliative Care is taking care of terminally ill patients and practice pain control and management of cases of severe intractable pain. We help patients spending their final days with kind support and let them die in peace and dignity. We are also helping family members to cope with grief and bereavement in order that they may continue to go on with their lives.
Though the estimated cost of the building is six million and the hospital medical equipments, beds interior furnishing, generator set, lifts, software and the forthcoming running cost is at least ten (10) million ringgit. We have up to date solicited six (6) million and still short of four million.
We had submitted the Building Plan to Ministry of Health for approval on December 28, 2017. Due to some requirements not meet by Ministry of Health, the Building Plan was amended and will be submitted in May 2018.
We would be most appreciate for your kind contribution either in cash or in kind. Alternatively, your organization can assist us by selling of coupons and setting up of stall.
